At Seasonal, we want you to love every piece of your home decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for an exchange or return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Seasonal account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items back in their original shipping boxes, ensuring any fragile home accents are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned seasonal goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
